Multiple  seafood restaurants that have been affected from the Gulf oil spill have filed a class action suit against BP.

The suit was originally filed on May 18 but since then many other restaurants have joined the suit. The seafood restaurants are located in Florida, Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas. All of the states either touch or border the Gulf of Mexico.

The class action filed is on behalf of people who own and operate the restaurants and the wholesalers. The suit claims that because of the spill, business activities will be reduced and revenue will be lost.
