A U.S. report has claimed that British Petroleum has not lived up to the responsibilities that they promised after the Gulf oil explosion that left 11 workers dead and 4.1 million barrels oil in the Gulf of Mexico.

Victims of the oil spill have said that they do not feel as if the $20 billion fund has been handled properly. The report also stated that the equipment used to clean up the oil spill did not have the right funding to be removed.

The claims also state that the president did not do enough to help the cleanup process. Lawmakers in the states that were affected have said that they do not agree with these claims and that BP has been doing all that they can.
